**Hehehehe. My blog post title made me giggle.** If you stayed tuned and saw on FB that we'd be announcing this afternoon, then you're in luck.  So, without further adieu, Jack and Ella will be doing the honors.  Now, go on ahead and post in the comments what you guessed :) I was right early on but then changed my mind, so any guess was a good one!

17 Weeks - Pregnancy #3 (and a little something extra)

Each Sunday, I'd like to do a  highlights post , including a picture, summarizing the differences in my pregnancy from week to week.  I totally "grabbed" this idea from  Kelly .  I did this with my two previous pregnancies, as well, and I still think it is a great way to jot down the things that I don't want to forget later on.   Pregnancy Highlights: How far along :  17 weeks  Size of baby:   Sweet Baby is 5 inches long and the size of a turnip. Total weight gain/loss :  Since finding out I was pregnant, I've gained 5.5 pounds. Maternity clothes:   Pajamas, pajamas, pajamas, long skirts, loose or fitted tops, and a few maternity tops.  I can't find the maternity jeans The Bestie loaned me.  They must be hanging in my closet at the condo.  Bummer. The post in which I reveal the gender of our baby...

Today, we had our Gender Reveal Party.  The party in which the gender of our baby was revealed to all who attended.  We, after our last appointment and ultrasound, decided that praying for our baby by name was of great importance to us.  So, we opened the sealed envelope with the baby's picture inside and found out for ourselves the gender of our baby.  We began praying for the Little One by name, and to me that was a huge blessing.  It's been quite difficult, though, not referring to the baby by a certain gender-specific pronoun!   But, people, the wait is over! We are having a baby girl! And, we couldn't be more pleased!
