Y'all. The pie wasn't terrible! The Husband had a slice at dinner, and he said, "oh wow! It just needed to set." I looked over 20 seconds later, and his plate was clean. So. Yeah.  My pumpkin pie, the first pie I've ever made from scratch, wasn't horrible. It just needed to be chilled :) I'm thankful my pie didn't suck after all.
