31 Weeks - Pregnancy #4
Each Monday, I'd like to do a highlights post, including a picture, summarizing the differences in my pregnancy from week to week. I totally "grabbed" this idea from Kelly. I've done this with my three previous pregnancies (you can go to the search box and type in "pregnancy," or "week #" if you're interested in how my previous pregnancies progressed), as well, and I still think it is a great way to jot down the things that I don't want to forget later on.
How far along: 31 weeks
Size of baby: This little one is a little over 16 inches long (head to toe) and about the weight of a coconut.
Total weight gain/loss: I'm up 22 pounds total as of my appointment today. 😳
Maternity clothes: spaghetti strap shirts, loose skirts or summery dresses, cute/comfy shorts, flip-flops, long-sleeve soft, fitted shirts, maternity leggings
Gender: boy :) 💙
Movement: hiccups and big kicks :)
Sleep: Sleep has been fine
What I miss: putting on socks and shaving with ease
Cravings: chocolate protein shakes with peanut butter; cheese pizza, sea salt and vinegar baked chips
Symptoms: sciatic nerve (yoga helps a lot) pain; Braxton Hicks contractions
Exercise: just stretching this week and some arm workouts with my stretchy band
Best moment this week: getting to see the baby at the unscheduled ultrasound last Thursday and realizing today that it's only 6 weeks until I make it to my goal and prayer of 37 weeks 🤗
30 Weeks - taken yesterday morning by The Husband before church - My shadow had to join me again 😍
