30 Weeks - Pregnancy #4
Each Monday, I'd like to do a highlights post, including a picture, summarizing the differences in my pregnancy from week to week. I totally "grabbed" this idea from Kelly. I've done this with my three previous pregnancies (you can go to the search box and type in "pregnancy," or "week #" if you're interested in how my previous pregnancies progressed), as well, and I still think it is a great way to jot down the things that I don't want to forget later on.
How far along: 30 weeks
Size of baby: This little one is a little over 15 1/2 inches long (head to toe) and about the weight of a large cabbage.
Total weight gain/loss: I'm up 19 pounds total as of my appointment today.
Maternity clothes: spaghetti strap shirts, loose skirts or summery dresses, cute/comfy shorts, flip-flops, long-sleeve soft, fitted shirts, maternity leggings
Gender: boy :) 💙
Movement: hiccups and big kicks :)
Sleep: Sleep has been fine
What I miss: putting on socks and shaving with ease
Cravings: chocolate protein shakes with peanut butter; ice cream, cheese
Symptoms: sciatic nerve (yoga helps a lot) pain; back pain; uterine tightness (less this week)
Exercise: just stretching this week
Best moment this week: getting to see the baby at the unscheduled ultrasound last Thursday and again this morning
